flat bread is really fun and delicious especially with some homemade hummus … mummmmm

ingredients

3 cups of flour (you can use spelt, brown rice , or any flour you would like)

1 tablespoon of salt

2 teaspoons of baking powder

3 tablespoons of oil (we use coconut)

1 cup of cold water

we sometimes add chia seeds ( that is what you see in the picture below)

mix all the above together and then roll out and cut into pieces to cook on the stovetop in coconut oil

It’s true with hummus, it’s really nice and I also like to add grilled vegetables.

    yes 🙂 I love flat bread with everything, rather then regular bread … i find it so much less stuffing and heavy .. we use it with our veggie burgers as well , and I like that the kids don’t get stuffed on the bread and actually fill up with the veggie burgers 🙂
